Christmas Pocket Card

Hello friends.  Had a chance to play with some new goodies this weekend and made a Christmas pocket card with a bookmark.  Take a look:

I used a couple pieces of scrap DSP for the background, and only added adhesive to the sides and bottom of the plaid piece to create the pocket.  The Bookmark Tag (PTI) was stamped with the "O' Tannenbaum" stamp set (also PTI), and the star border (Super Star Border Die) and "merry" die cut are Papertrey Ink products as well.  A few sequins and some dyed seam binding ribbon finished off my country feeling Christmas card, and this would be a perfect card to go along with a gift of a book!  (or to someone who just likes to read!)

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful and joy filled day! :0)
